Your energy needs to PROTECTED. If you want to move out from this stuck, getting no where place then you need to start protecting your energy. No wasting your energy on social. It zaps you. No messages with people. They zap you. Switch off notifications until you’ve done what you need to. Your energy is that important, your dreams are that important. You need to respect your time and energy on a whole new level.
